Welcome to Mindful Balance Therapy

My name is Arta Packes, a licensed Mental Health Therapist and founder of Mindful Balance Therapy. We are dedicated to guiding individuals towards a healing journey.

We believe in nurturing  well being through a holistic blend of mindfulness and evidence based practices.

Our holistic approach to mental and relational health takes into consideration all aspects of an individual’s life, including emotional, physical, spiritual, and social well-being.

We believe that mental and relational health are interconnected and cannot be treated in isolation. I use a combination of traditional and alternative therapies to create customized treatment plans that cater to each individual’s unique needs and preferences.

Through a compassionate and client centered approach , we create a safe space for you to explore your inner self and discover  your path to healing. Together we will uncover underlying patterns , develop practical coping strategies and cultivate greater self awareness and resilience.
